Does a url need more than X mentions before you resolve it? Or do you not guarantee all urls?

This example isn&#039;t working:
http://api.tweetmeme.com/url_info?url=http://bit.ly/snmcL

But it has two mentions in the twitter search:
http://search.twitter.com/search?q=http://bit.ly/snmcL
