We’ve been having a really busy day today what with the opening up of the whitelist, analysing the stats and creating new channels. Today’s new channel is a Startup’s channel. If you are interested in startup’s and VC’s then this is going to be the channel for you. Please bear in mind these are any type of startups from technology through to a New Roller Derby team being formed.

I keep getting “spammed” on Twitter with messaages over and over and cannot get rid of these messages that have taken over my Twitter box when I get on TweetDeck or Twitter. I have an Antirus program and it does not correct the problem. What can I do? I have unistalled Tweetdeck from Tweetdeck, than I went to the Root of Microsoft to Add/Remove Programs and it is still here. Do you have any ideas?
Un-follow the spammers and only allow @ replies from people that you know within your twitter account. The issue is not a tweetdeck, tweetmeme or any other service issue. If you don’t follow the spammers and don’t allow them to @ you then the problem should magically disappear.
